Delivery & Returns


Please ensure that the address provided is the correct delivery address, we cannot be held responsible if a parcel is posted before the mistake is recognised. Payments made via PayPal will be sent to the registered PayPal address so please do ensure this is up to date.

From 15/5/2022 postage is as follows:

Up to £50 will be sent 2nd signed for with Royal Mail at the cost of £4.00

£51 to £99 is sent 2nd tracked and signed at the cost of £6.00

Orders over £100 will be sent either by Royal Mail or Parcelforce depending on weight at £8.00

 If you would like to upgrade your postage, then please contact us and this can be done at the associated fee.

Your order will be posted within 1-4 working days of payment being cleared, between Monday and Saturday. 
Your order will be sent via Royal Mail. The standard estimated delivery time is 3-5 days for second class post. Please note once items are handed over to Royal Mail, we cannot accept responsibility for the items, however if anything is unfortunately lost or damaged in transit please do let us know and we will do our best to help.

If a parcel is returned to Baby and The Bear due to an incorrect address, or through not being collected, then we can repost at an additional fee.


If you wish to return any of the items you have purchased, then we provide a 14 day return option from the day you received the item. 
For a full refund, we will expect items to be returned in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed and with the sales tags still attached. We will refund by your original payment method within 10-15 days. 
Postage will be covered by the customer for general returns.

In the unlikely event you receive an item that is faulty then we will also refund cost of postage. If you would like to exchange your purchased items then please either use the contact us link, or email and we will see if the item is in stock you require. Once we have received the original item, we will send the new item.

When exchanging, please include your name and order number in the parcel for a quick and easy process.

Please post all returns and exchanges to our registered address which we will provide once communication has been made.

We recommend using recorded postage for all returns and exchanges as we cannot be responsible if items do not reach us.
